Our finance team is building a stronger, more standardized close process across the organization, and we're looking for a hands on accounting leader to take ownership of balance sheet integrity across all of our entities. Own and shape the reconciliation program for the entire organization Work directly with the Controller, Assistant Corporate Controller, and finance leadership Lead and develop your own team of accounting professionals Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and HSA and FSA employer contributions Tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus a birthday PTO day, and a company wellness program Job Details 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, from AP, AR, and inventory through the GL, month end close, and financial statements Own the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process across multiple entities, including AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, intercompany, and cash Prior people management experience, with a hands on leadership style and a willingness to roll up your sleeves Experience with Trintech Adra, BlackLine, or similar reconciliation software, plus advanced Excel skills; Infor M3 or other ERP experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
