Position Overview
Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population
36 patient-facing hours per week with additional time for professional development
Ability to quickly empanel patients and build a strong patient panel
Access to nearby lab and imaging services for comprehensive patient care
Participate in an after-hours phone call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues
Collaborative care environment with physicians and advanced practice providers

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $257,000 $286,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
Productivity Bonus based on wRVUs
Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $24,000 ($1,000 per month for 2 years)

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency)
Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain
