Maternal & Fetal Medicine Opportunity - Albany, NYQuick Screening Snapshot (Key Details)
  • Location: Albany, New York
  • Position Type: Permanent (No locums)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Call: 1:3 rotation
  • Practice Setting: Office-based with hospital call responsibilities
  • Start Date: Before November 14
  • Reason for Opening: Provider resignation
Licensure & Credentialing Requirements
  • Board Certification: Required OR truly Board Eligible (Maternal & Fetal Medicine)
  • Board Status: Must be current (no lapsed certification accepted)
  • New York Medical License: Required or ability to obtain
  • DEA: Required
Candidate Restrictions
  • No visa sponsorship
  • No locum candidates
  • Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
  • No candidates with lapsed board certification
Practice Overview
  • Join a team of 3 physicians
  • Office-based practice with rotating hospital call
  • Average daily volume:
    • Approximately 10-15 patients (varies by visit type and call volume)
  • No supervision of other healthcare providers required
Clinical Resources
  • Onsite lab services
  • Onsite ultrasound
  • Level III nursery support
  • EMR: Epic
Schedule & Coverage Details
  • Outpatient clinic during weekdays
  • Shared call rotation (1:3)
  • Combination of scheduled visits and call-based patient volume
