POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports a surgical ophthalmology service within a multispecialty eye care setting. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive ophthalmic evaluation and treatment, performing surgical procedures, and managing a diverse range of ocular conditions. The position offers a weekday schedule with no call requirements and the opportunity to tailor patient volume based on clinical preference.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Ophthalmology.
• Residency training in Ophthalmology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Minnesota.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary eye care team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
COMPETENCIES
• Skill in medical and surgical management of a broad spectrum of eye diseases.
• Ability to perform ophthalmic procedures and utilize advanced diagnostic methods.
• Capacity to work alongside optometrists and other eye care professionals.
• Proficiency in coordinating care for patients with complex ocular needs.
