POSITION SUMMARY
The Department seeks a hematology and medical oncology specialist to join a hospital employed practice serving a large regional population. The role includes outpatient and inpatient responsibilities within a collaborative group of oncology providers. The position supports a high need service area with access to on site diagnostic resources and a multidisciplinary care environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine and/or Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• Residency training in internal medicine.
• Fellowship training in hematology and medical oncology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Missouri.
• Interest in providing comprehensive oncology and hematology care.
COMPETENCIES
• Ability to evaluate and manage a wide range of hematologic and oncologic conditions.
• Skill in delivering outpatient and inpatient specialty care.
• Effective collaboration with physicians, advanced providers, and clinical staff.
• Commitment to patient centered cancer care and continuity of treatment.
• Capacity to support call responsibilities within a structured rotation.
