Greenville, North Carolina, Area Primary Care Physician Jobs - Partnership Available
  • Clinical Role:

    • Seeking multiple board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or internal medicine physicians
    • Permanent job opening
    • Seeking primary care physicians who want to become owners in the practice and are willing to make a long-term commitment to serve their patients and communities
    • Hiring for multiple offices in the Greenville area
    • Outpatient primary care work
    • See ages 18+
    • Work 4.5 days per week
    • Rotating phone call about 2-3 days per month and 4-5 weekends per year
    • Average calls per weeknight are 3.5 and 15 on the weekends
    • Supervision of APPs is optional
    • Patients admitted to the hospital are seen by hospitalists
  • Organization Information:
    • Non-shareholder Starting Salary: $200k to $260k based on experience and long-term goals
    • Shareholder Total Compensation Range: $300k-$700k
    • Two-to-four-year partnership track. Partnership as early as two years with $15k stock purchase
    • Employed model also an option
    • Non-shareholders are paid a salary with opportunity to bonus at 50% of profit upon meeting goals
    • Salary increases as profit increases
    • Shareholders receive 100% of profit and have the option to own real estate with no buy-in which greatly enhances individual retirement portfolios
    • Medical Insurance: Provided. Low copays
    • Dental, Long-term Disability and Life Insurance: Provided
    • 401k with match of 50% of first 3% and 100% of 4-6%
    • Profit Sharing Plan
