• Start date: ASAP
• Preferred schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 or flexibility in non-traditional hours as well.
• Background and Certifications required: BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Typical Primary Care duties
• On call: 1:3 Phone call shared with family medicine providers
• Full Support staff
• Patient Load: To be discussed with group
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 90-120 days could be sooner
• Compensation: Base Salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan - to be discussed directly with clinic
