• Hospital employed
• $525,000+ base salary, $25,000 Quality bonus, RVU bonus
• $40,000 commencement bonus
• Full benefits, paid malpractice, CME, student loan repayment, 401k match
• 4 day work week
• 12-16 patients per day, no Call
