Pain Management Physician

Compensation: $400,000 base salary with bonus potential; total earnings expected to exceed $500,000

We provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pain-related conditions through a balanced approach of interventional procedures and medication management.

Position Highlights
Base salary around $400,000 for the first year, with total compensation exceeding $500,000 through incentives
Base salary structure transitions in year two with increased earning potential through performance incentives
Start date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 7:00 am 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am 12:00 pm
Average daily patient volume: 20
Collaborative support team includes 3 nurses, 6 medical assistants, 2 lab staff, 2 pre-certification specialists, 2 front desk staff, an anesthesiologist, CRNA, and a PA-C
Commonly treated conditions include post-surgical pain, neuropathy, fibromyalgia, neck and back pain, migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, and disc-related disorders

Requirements
Clear and active medical license in Alabama
Board certified or board eligible in pain medicine
Fellowship-trained candidates and new graduates are welcome
Anesthesiology residency preferred (PM&R candidates considered only if pain-boarded)
