  • Average Patients seen: 20-25+ in Clinic
  • Call Schedule: Shared call arrangement between 4-5 providers
  • Loan Repayment
  • Compensation: - $400K starting salary- Increases to $425,000 in year 3
  • Benefits: - NHSC loan repayment- Full suite of benefits includes employer-paid health insurance for physicians and family, 401k, CME, PTO, Sick Time, Etc- Licensing, Liability Carrier Insurance, Etc- Sabbatical- J1/H1B Visa Assistance/ Eligible
  • Additional Info: Now accepting applications from 2023 graduates- MomDoc is a private practice OB/GYN group with 45+ years of established care reputation in the Phoenix Metro Area.- In 2021 MomDoc expanded to the White Mountain Region to support the growing community of Show Low.- Physician candidates will enjoy office camaraderie with another experienced MomDoc physician, in-house ultrasound, and a real opportunity to make an impact with women in a tight-knit community.- As a physician practicing at MomDoc, you will benefit from being affiliated with a large group that prioritizes fostering a positive company culture at every level.- Administration strives to shoulder as much non-essential medical duties as possible, freeing up time for physicians to focus on providing the best quality of care possible.- EMR: NextGen; Each physician is given their own iPad for chartingQualifications: - BE must become BC within 5 years.
