We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician for an engaging 182-day assignment in Oklahoma, commencing Oct 27, 2026. This role involves performing actual emergency medicine shifts in the emergency department, managing 20-25 patient encounters per shift, and conducting essential procedures such as central lines and intubations. Shifts are typically 12 hours, running 6 AM to 6 PM or 11 AM to 11 PM.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide actual emergency medicine shifts in the emergency department.
- Manage 20-25 patient encounters per shift.
- Perform required procedures including Central Lines and Intubations.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation.
- Collaborate with 24-hour support services for Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR Response Time, and Radiology.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine is required.
- EMR system in use is Epic.
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days.
- This is a Trauma facility.
- Shifts are 12 hours.
