• Strong base pay with bonus upside. Earn up to 66CPM including monthly bonuses ($0.02 fuel + $0.02 safety + $0.02 mileage bonus after 10K miles), plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.


• Flexible home time options. Regional-style resets available after 70 hours with a 34-hour reset at home, or stay OTR a minimum of 2 weeks out with 2 days home.


• More weeks out. More home time. Extended fleet-Stay out 4-6 weeks and earn 4.5-6.5 days of home time, with New Legend covering travel to and from home.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay ranges from 60-70CPM for solo OTR and Regional drivers. Base pay is 45CPM per driver for team drivers. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
