Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and dependable Executive Driver to provide safe, secure, and efficient transportation for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other senior executives as required. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional driving skills, maintain strict confidentiality, and deliver a first-class transportation experience while ensuring the executive's safety, comfort, and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the CEO and other senior executives.
- Transport executives to business meetings, corporate events, airports, client visits, and personal appointments as authorized.
- Plan routes using GPS and real-time traffic information to ensure on-time arrival.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding executive schedules, business activities, and personal information.
- Perform daily inspections of the assigned vehicle, including fuel, tire pressure, fluid levels, lights, and overall safety.
- Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and vehicle registration requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, business materials, and other items when required.
- Monitor traffic, weather, and security conditions and adjust travel plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance, mileage, fuel, and trip records.
- Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues.
- Support other transportation-related duties assigned by executive management or the Administrative Office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Minimum of 35 years of professional driving experience, preferably as an executive chauffeur, corporate driver, or private driver.
- Defensive driving certification is an advantage.
- Ability to pass background screening, reference checks, and any required medical or drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving senior executives, VIPs, government officials, or corporate leadership.
- Training in executive protection, defensive driving, or security awareness.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicles and their maintenance.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
Salary/Compensation: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour
