CNC MachinistDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Machinists for a manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. In this role, youll help produce high-quality cable installation tools and equipment used in telecom and electric power markets, working with a skilled and stable team. What Youll Do as a CNC Machinist:- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes and mills
- Measure parts using precision tools (dial indicators, micrometers, pin gauges)
- Ensure proper identification and labeling of parts
- Read and interpret CAD drawings and job specifications
- Communicate effectively with foreman and team members to ensure quality and efficiency
What You Need to Bring to the CNC Machinist Role:- Degree in machining or prior CNC/machining experience required
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong computer skills and ability to read CAD drawings
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment
- Good work history and reliability
- Ability to work 2nd shift schedule
