This Night Shift Position is Based Out Of Cold Spring
EXPERIENCED TRUCK DRIVERS
Starting Wage $30.55/Hr, Up To $34.55/Hr
Starting wage is $30.55/hr plus shift 60;differential and perfect attendance bonus potentially increasing wage to $34.55/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate 60;live 60;haul trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct equipment inspections following company guidelines and report issues to the Supervisor.
- Operate 60;trucks in a manner that maintains product quality and integrity.
- Operates forklifts, 60;loading trucks at contract growers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectivelyboth verbally and in writingwith associates, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors regarding farm conditions and other relevant information.
- Maintain equipment, 60;keep trucks and work areas clean, neat, and orderly.
- Maintains very strict bio-security and animal welfare at the farms.
- Follows Packers 60;and Stockyards guidelines for weighing live poultry.
- Follows truck 60;tarping 60;guidelines during periods of inclement weather.
- Pick up each flock as directed.
- Follow the housekeeping schedule, using proper techniques and required PPE.
- Foster a positive work environment through cooperative communication and teamwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Certifications & Licenses: 60;Applicants must 60;have a valid Class A commercial driver license (CDL) and 60;have 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the 60;past 60;36 months.
- Eligibility: 60;No 60;positive test for drugs or alcohol in the 60;past 5 years.
- Skills: 60;Must have the 60;following: the 60;ability to operate a manual CMV, the 60;ability to communicate effectively with others in a manner that maintains harmony with co-workers, 60;the 60;ability to follow both written and verbal directions, 60;the 60;appropriate skill to drive a truck safely, working knowledge of driving and traffic rules, 60;and 60;good hand and eye coordination.
