POSITION SUMMARY

The organization is seeking a physician to provide comprehensive otolaryngology care within a hospital employed service. The role involves managing a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, performing related procedures, and collaborating with a small group of colleagues to support surgical and clinical needs across the facility.



QUALIFICATIONS

• Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology.
• Residency training in Otolaryngology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
• Training or experience in Otolaryngology.
• Ability to deliver patient centered care within a multidisciplinary environment.



COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in evaluating and treating disorders of the ear, nose, and throat.
• Skill in performing otolaryngologic procedures and surgeries.
• Capacity to coordinate care with surgical, medical, and diagnostic teams.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical quality and safety.

Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice
