POSITION SUMMARY
The organization is seeking a physician to provide neurosurgical care within a hospital based service. The role involves managing a wide range of neurosurgical conditions, performing operative and non operative interventions, and working alongside two neurosurgeons to support surgical and clinical needs across the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Neurological Surgery.
• Residency training in Neurological Surgery.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
• Training or experience in Neurological Surgery.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in evaluating and treating neurosurgical disorders.
• Skill in performing neurosurgical procedures and perioperative management.
• Capacity to coordinate care with surgical, medical, and diagnostic teams.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical quality and safety.

Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice
• Collaborative neurosurgical team consisting of two full time neurosurgeons.
