POSITION SUMMARY
The Department seeks a cardiovascular disease specialist to join a hospital employed practice supporting a regional referral center. The role focuses on general cardiology within a growing service area and contributes to a coordinated model of inpatient and outpatient cardiac care. QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine and/or Cardiovascular Disease.
• Residency training in internal medicine.
• Training or experience in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
• Interest in general cardiology within a hospital based practice.
COMPETENCIES
• Ability to evaluate and manage a broad range of cardiovascular conditions.
• Skill in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clinical support staff.
