- Opportunity Highlights:
- 12-bed Level III NICU
- Collaborative two-neonatologist model
- 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
- Strong interdisciplinary support and resources
- Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to newborns in a Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infants
- Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neonatal conditions
- Perform neonatal procedures within scope of practice
- Collaborate with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities
- Ideal Candidate:
- Board certified or board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Strong clinical expertise in NICU care
- Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
