Details of the Opening:

• Start date: ASAP
• Standard 5 day (8-hour shift)
• Patients per day: approx 13-15/day
• Patient population: injury, stroke, ortho, general rehab, pain management

Job Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Board Certification: BC only
• License required: yes, CA license required
• DEA: yes, CA DEA required
• Certifications preferred: n/a
• Certifications required: AHA BLS
• EMR: EPIC
