POSITION SUMMARY
The Department seeks a primary care physician to provide outpatient services within an established clinical network. The role supports community based practices offering preventive care, chronic disease management, and general medical services. The position features a structured schedule with no inpatient duties and minimal call.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine.
• Residency training in family medicine.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
• Interest in outpatient primary and preventive care.
• Ability to work within a multisite clinical network.
