PSYCHIATRY CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY

POSITION SUMMARY
The Department seeks a child and adolescent psychiatry specialist to join a growing behavioral health team serving a diverse patient population. The role is based in a large outpatient clinic supported by additional psychiatric providers and advanced practitioners. The position offers a stable, hospital employed structure with increasing community demand for mental health services.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry and/or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Residency training in psychiatry.
• Training or experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
• Interest in outpatient behavioral health care within a multidisciplinary setting.
COMPETENCIES
• Ability to evaluate and manage a wide range of pediatric and adolescent mental health conditions.
• Skill in providing outpatient psychiatric care in a high volume clinic.
• Effective collaboration with psychiatrists and advanced practice professionals.
• Commitment to patient centered behavioral health services.
