POSITION SUMMARY
The Department seeks a urology specialist to join a surgical practice supported by multiple physicians and advanced providers. The role offers operative and outpatient responsibilities with access to dedicated surgical teams and modern procedural resources. The position supports a large referral network and provides a balanced schedule with substantial time away from practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Urology.
• Residency training in urology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
• Interest in operative and outpatient urologic care.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary surgical environment.
COMPETENCIES
• Ability to manage a broad range of urologic conditions in clinical and operative settings.
• Skill in performing urologic procedures, including minimally invasive and technology assisted techniques.
• Effective collaboration with surgeons, advanced providers, and clinical staff.
• Commitment to patient centered specialty care.
• Capacity to support a high volume practice with structured call responsibilities.
