Opportunity:

Physician - Neurology

Job Details:

Provide neurology coverage beginning November 2026

Regular clinic hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Outpatient clinic hours during shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:00 PM 3:00 PM (occurring within the 8-hour onsite day)

24-hour weekend call coverage from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM

After-hours call coverage required

EEG reads for inpatient and outpatient as needed

When no outpatients are scheduled, provider is expected to provide onsite hospital coverage

See approximately 6 8 patients per day

EMR system: Cerner

Required procedures include: Radiologic Exam Interpretation, Lumbar Puncture (Spinal Tap), EEG, Brain Death Examination, and Evoked Potentials

Board Certification in Neurology required (Board Eligible not accepted)

Active Michigan license required

Active DEA required

Provider must be local no flights

BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIH Stroke Scale/tPA competency preferred
