Primary Care Physician (IM, FM or Geriatrics) - 30 Minutes North of Detroit, MI

Practice Highlights

  • Full-time post-acute care in skilled nursing facilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • $226K-$268K+
  • Fee-for-service with uncapped productivity
  • Medical, dental, vision and 401(k)

Qualifications

  • Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics
  • Michigan medical license and DEA
  • Minimum of 1-year primary care experience
  • Post-acute, acute care or primary care experience required
