Pay & Benefits: - Hourly Pay Rate: $110.11/hour

What You ll Do: - Support orthopedic surgical teams as a first assist during procedures, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and general orthopedics
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients in both clinic and hospital settings
- Assist with casting, splinting, and durable medical equipment application
- Perform joint injections with precision and professionalism
- Document patient care and procedures accurately in Epic Excellian EMR
- Collaborate with surgical and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide exemplary patient education and support throughout their recovery process
What You Need:Required: - MN license as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- CCCPA or ANCC certification (or equivalent) in orthopedic/sports medicine
- BLS Tier 1 certification
- Minimum 1+ year of recent OR experience
- Ability to assist in surgery and perform clinical procedures
- DEA and CSR licenses
Preferred: - Prior orthopedic or sports medicine experience
- Experience in outpatient and hospital settings
