What You ll Do
- Assist in orthopedic surgeries, including total joint replacements and fracture repairs
- Support postoperative care and patient follow-ups
- Perform clinic duties including joint injections, casting, splinting, and DME application
- Provide pre- and post-operative patient assessments
- Collaborate with surgical team and support staff for patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC Excellian EMR
- Support in the management of patient flow and scheduling in clinic and OR
What You Need
- Valid MN license as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- NCCPA certification or NP certification within specialty at hire
- 1+ year experience in OR and orthopedics preferred
- BLS certification (Tier 1)
- DEA and CSR licenses
- Strong surgical assist skills and clinic experience
