Job Details:
6-8 month contract covering military leaveMonday through Friday schedule with OR coverage Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; clinic coverage Wednesday; and administrative duties FridayHours from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM with morning rounding and occasional weekend coverageSee approximately 20-25 patients per day in clinicPatient population includes orthopedic patients, primarily teenagers and adults with no age restrictionFirst assist in the OR for total joint replacements, fracture repairs, foot/ankle, shoulder, knee, hip, hand/wrist, and general orthopedic proceduresSkills required include OR assist, clinic experience, casting/splinting/DME application, and joint injectionsEMR system is EPIC Excellian1 clinical support staff member provided on clinic daysMinimum 1 year of experience required with at least 1 year of OR experience; prior orthopedic or sports medicine experience preferredActive MN PA or NP license required along with DEA and CSRBLS certification required; NCCPA certification required upon hireFacility:
