What You ll Do
- Manage outpatient clinical electrophysiology cases, including atrial fibrillation and ablation procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient treatment plans
- Assist with diagnostic testing and interpretation
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (Epic)
- Participate in patient consultations and follow-up care
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Contribute to department quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
Required: - Valid state medical license
- Board certification in Cardiology and Electrophysiology
- Minimum 2 years EP experience post-fellowship
- Proficiency with Epic EHR system (current within 12 months)
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months, including two weekday stretches per month starting January
Preferred: - Prior outpatient and procedural experience in EP
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
