What You ll Do:
- Provide inpatient labor and delivery care for labor and delivery patients
- Manage labor floor, including inductions and cesarean sections
- Respond to gynecological emergencies in the emergency department
- Perform inpatient gynecological consultations
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (Cerner/Oracle)
- Support hospital goals for women s health until a permanent provider is recruited
What You Need:
Required: - Valid Obstetric/Gynecological license in NJ or eligible to obtain
- Experience managing labor, delivery, and gynecological emergencies
- Skills in labor inductions, cesarean sections, and inpatient care
Preferred: - Hospital-based laborist or inpatient OB/GYN experience
- Strong decision-making skills and team collaboration abilities
