Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
- Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine services to a diverse patient population, managing both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies.
- Perform advanced diagnostic procedures such as amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and fetal echocardiograms.
- Manage and treat conditions including birth defects, genetic disorders, pre-eclampsia, growth restrictions, and multiple pregnancies.
- Utilize your expertise in handling chromosomal abnormalities, congenital abnormalities, pre-term labor, hypertension, and thrombophilia.
Practice Details:
- Setting: Office/Clinic
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 50
- Support Staff: 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Facilities:
- 8 exam rooms
- Onsite lab
- Onsite ultrasound
- Nursery Level: Level III
Certification & Licensure Requirements:
- Board Certification: Must be board certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- State License: Active New Jersey medical license required.
- Additional Certifications:
- Fellowship: Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine is required.
Technology & Documentation:
- EMR System: Cerner Millennium and GE Viewpoint
- Trauma Level: Level II designation
