Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive outpatient consultations and evaluations for patients with movement disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the latest advancements in movement disorder management.
- Perform necessary diagnostic procedures within your scope of practice.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
- Manage patient education and support to empower informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the Epic EMR system.
Qualifications for Success:
- Board certification in Neurology is mandatory. Fellowship training in Movement Disorders is preferred.
- Experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of movement disorders is essential.
- Valid medical license in Washington state or eligibility for licensure through the Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLC).
- Current BLS certification to demonstrate your commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
- The ability to provide compassionate care and support to patients facing chronic conditions.
- Experience with Botox administration is a plus, but not required.
