Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- Shift Duration: Mon-Fri 6a-4:30p
- Call: 1 night per week (starts after shift ends), and 1 weekend/month. Call ends at 6a the following day.
- Assignment Duration: May-August (ongoing)

- Average callback: 1 hour
- Setting: Inpatient
- 1-2 cardiac ORs
- 1 EP lab
- 1 structural interventional lab
- Duties: How many cardiac cases/week: 2-5, Are cardiac cases guaranteed: yes, Types of cases: CABG, mv, av, TAVR, LAAC, maze, afib ablations, Tee experienced or Certified: preferred, not required, Will they do cardiac and liver transplants: no, Will locum take over general cases if there are no cardiac: no, Will locum supervise CRNA: no, Other anesthesiologist present: present, but not in the same case.

- EMR: Epic
- Reason for Coverage: medical leave
Requirements:
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- WA License or IMLC (must be in hand) - REQUIRED
- Residency/Fellowship - REQUIRED
- BLS, ACLS, DEA - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice / Background - PREFERRED
- Availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
