Partnering with Medicare Advantage plans, the group is dedicated to improving outcomes through a patient first, team based approach and is seeking Geriatric Physicians to join their innovative care model near Mobile, AL.
This Position Offers:
- $250K to $295K salary range with a full benefits package
- Up to 28% incentive bonus - most physicians will receive at least 20% of the base salary
- $15K Sign-On Bonus
- Reduced patient panel size to 400 or fewer patients, allowing for more meaningful patient interactions
- Value based, outcomes driven care model with no fee for service pressure
- Collaborative, team based environment including physicians, APPs, pharmacists, behavioral health, and care coordinators
- Strong administrative and clinical support, including coders and referral specialists
- Minimal call responsibilities
