Details of Assignment:

• Location: Dallas, TX
• Duration: January - May (potential for extension)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift: The clinic is open from 7a-6p, but the provider is only required to work an 8-hour day.
• Patient volume: 15-17/day
• Scope: Outpatient Primary Care, Adult patients only.
• EMR: Next Gen
• Group/support: Two Nurse Practitioners on staff will work alongside the Physician.
• Requirements: Board Certified or eligible with TX or IMLC license.
