Responsibilities:- Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Record and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
- Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming goods to verify accuracy and quality.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items to facilitate easy identification and retrieval.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping departments to manage inventory flow.
- Utilize inventory management software to update and track inventory levels.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, usage, and discrepancies.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:- At least 2 years experience in inventory control
- Cycle counting experience
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
