What You'll Do:
- Answer and handle customer calls
- Schedule and manage service appointments
- Assist customers with questions and service needs
- Coordinate schedules with technicians and internal team
- Verify warranty coverage and update customer records
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of customer service, call center, or office experience
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable guiding conversations and helping customers make decisions
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer skills
