Option 1: Chief CRNA $460,000 Annual Compensation + Post-Call Day Off
Lead the anesthesia practice as the Chief CRNA, overseeing an all-CRNA team while benefiting from a schedule that prioritizes balance.

Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
Base Compensation: $425,000
Stipend: $35,000
Schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
Time Off: 13 weeks annually
Call: Post-call day off
