Job description

  • 11/2/2026- Ongoing
  • Mondays strongly needed
  • Fridays strongly needed with commitment to stay the full shift
  • Holiday coverage willingness preferred
  • Flexibility for 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts required
  • Shift Types: 8-hour shifts (primarily GI coverage), 10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts (primarily OR coverage), Monday-Friday coverage only
  • No call required
  • Trauma Designation: Level II
  • Facility Beds: 298
  • EMR: Epic
  • Certifications: BC or BE, ACLS, BLS, Indiana License not required at submission Will accept candidates needing licensure
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Prefer clean background and no malpractice history
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks (56 days listed)
