Earn consistent overtime with 50 to 60 hour workweeks on active projects Travel across the country and work on large, high-profile construction projects Company provides the heavy equipment, tools, rigging gear, and machinery needed to succeed Lead skilled crews and play a critical role in building major commercial structures Home every other weekend while working on long-term projects nationwide Job Details Lead and coordinate crews performing structural steel erection, commercial framing, prefabricated wall installation, and concrete formwork construction Read blueprints, perform layout work, and ensure structures are built accurately, plumb, and according to specifications Direct crane operations, rigging activities, hoisting procedures, and steel connections while maintaining jobsite safety Manage daily production schedules, crew assignments, safety meetings, progress reporting, and timesheets Requirements 3+ years of experience in structural steel, commercial framing, concrete formwork, or related structural construction work Previous leadership experience managing multiple crews, subcontractors, or field personnel Strong blueprint reading, layout, rigging, and structural construction knowledge Ability to travel 100% for projects and work overtime, including every other weekend as required OSHA 30, Qualified Rigger, Crane Signaler, AWS Welding, or First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus Interested in hearing more?
