Saut Cook

Sail Loft is seeking a skilled and dependable Saut Cook to join our team!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and cook sauted menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain the saut station before, during, and after each shift.
  • Cook proteins, vegetables, pasta, sauces, and other menu items using proper saut techniques.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the correct temperature, quality, and portion standards.
