Opportunity:

Physician - Urology

Job Details:

Provide urology clinic and/or call coverage on an ongoing full-week basis

Clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break

24-hour call coverage also required

Support staff includes 4 Medical Assistants, 1 CSA, and 1 RN

Patient population is adults 18 and older, with the exception of emergency torsion cases presenting during call

Clinic schedule typically includes a mix of cystoscopy/stent procedures and office visits, approximately 24-28 patients per day

EMR system is EPIC

Practice setting includes both clinic and hospital environments

Robotic surgery experience required

Scope experience preferred but not required

16 operating rooms available across two surgery locations

Supervision of new APPs (Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants) required

Office equipment includes cystoscope, towers, and injections

Core procedures include: vasectomy, cystoscopy (in OR), prostate procedures, ureteroscopy (in OR), penile plication, lithotripsy, and orchiopexy

Vasectomy reversal and penile implants may be required on a limited basis

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology required

Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required

DEA license required

Minimum of 1 year of experience required
