This role offers the opportunity to practice within a patient-centered, multidisciplinary environment that supports mental wellness across multiple levels of care.
Position OverviewThe Adult Psychiatrist will primarily provide care in an ambulatory clinic setting while collaborating with an experienced behavioral health team. The program offers comprehensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and inpatient psychiatric services. The clinical team includes highly regarded behavioral-health professionals with expertise in group and individual CBT, DBT, interventional psychiatry, and medication management.Practice Highlights

Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. degree.
Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry, with an intent to obtain certification within one year if eligible.
Active California medical license or eligibility for California licensure.
Commitment to evidence-based medicine, clinical excellence, and an outstanding patient experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary range of $325,000-$375,000, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and clinical schedule.
Guaranteed salary for the first two years, followed by a productivity-based model beginning in year three.
