Midwife - Full-Scope Practice in Arlington, TX

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Midwife to join a leading facility in Arlington, TX. Enjoy a flexible schedule of 3-7 shifts per month, including 24-hour shifts, with a competitive hourly rate of $85.22. What You ll Do
  • Provide full-scope midwifery care during labor, delivery, and postpartum
  • Support patients throughout intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting
  • Manage complex cases with support from 24-hour in-house OB/GYN
  • Assist with gynecologic exams across the lifespan
  • Serve as a first assist during deliveries and procedures
  • Document care accurately using Epic EMR system
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Level III NICU environment
What You Need
Required:
  • Active Texas Medical License
  • Texas DEA registration
  • Minimum of 2 years full-scope midwifery experience
  • Recent first assist experience (within last 2 years)
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred:
  • Experience in labor and delivery settings
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability in a hospital environment
