Practice Details
- Full-time (1.0 FTE) position
- Clinic schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Mix of clinical, surgical, and inpatient responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of urologic procedures, including:
- Kidney, bladder, and prostate surgeries
- Minimally invasive and robotic procedures
- Laparoscopic and open surgical procedures
- Average patients per day
- Participate in inpatient consults, hospital rounding, and emergency coverage
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation with initial guarantee while you establish your practice
- Expected total cash compensation ranges from approximately $385,000 to $760,000 annually based on productivity

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical licensure
