Tele-Dermatologist
Part-Time Flexible Schedule Work from Anywhere Rural Texas
Position Overview
The Rural Health Hub (RHH) is seeking a Tele-Dermatologist to provide high-quality dermatologic care to patients in rural and medically underserved Texas communities.
This flexible, part-time role allows the dermatologist to work remotely while trained clinical staff are physically present with the patient. The dermatologist will evaluate and manage a broad range of skin conditions, provide longitudinal specialty care, and collaborate with local primary care providers, hospitals, and procedural specialists.
The Rural Health Hub Model
RHH uses a hybrid-telehealth model that combines remote specialty expertise with in-person clinical support.
Local medical assistants, nurses, or advanced practice providers assist with:
History, medications, and relevant clinical information
High-quality clinical photography and lesion documentation
Physical examination components
Connected examination and imaging technology when appropriate
Coordination of laboratory testing, biopsies, pathology, and referrals
Follow-up care and communication with the local care team
