We are seeking a Board Certified Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist for a 26-week locum opportunity in New Jersey, beginning October 2026. This is an inpatient-focused assignment managing complex heart failure, LVAD, and transplant patients within a multidisciplinary Cardiology team.

Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient Advanced Heart Failure coverage
- Manage complex heart failure patients
- Manage LVAD patients
- Manage heart transplant patients
- Manage end-stage heart disease
- Provide CCU and telemetry coverage
- Participate in the 1:5 call rotation
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Cardiology team
- Occasional bedside POCUS

- Four attending physicians

- Provider will not work independently
Requirements
- Board Certified in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation
- Comfortable managing LVAD and heart transplant patients
- Comfortable with high-acuity inpatient Cardiology
