Innovative and growing Pain Management Group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Fort Morgan, CO area! 1.5 hrs from Denver!

Benefits and Features:

Competitive salary, $130,000 - $165,000 / year, depending on experience plus productivity bonuses

Your Role with the Company:

Full-time position, 40hrs/week, no weekends
In-depth training/Fellowship program for NP/PAs as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months out of Cody, WY and Hays, KS
Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities surrounding the Denver area - mileage will be reimbursed
NP/PA will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain

Background Profile:

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred
