A community-based healthcare organization in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Evening Provider to provide urgent and same-day care in a busy outpatient setting.
This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy fast-paced clinical work and want flexible evening hours. NPs and PAs with urgent care experience are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with acute medical concerns
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing when appropriate
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Document encounters within the electronic health records
Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, OR Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with relevant experience
- Active New York State medical license (or eligibility)
- BLS / ACLS certification preferred
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinical environment
- Availability to work evening shifts
