Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $2535.00

What You ll Do

• Provide labor and delivery coverage, including vaginal births, C-section, postpartum rounding, and emergency gynecologic consults
• Support staff alongside certified nurse-midwives (CNMs) in a hospital setting
• Manage routine labor processes and postpartum care
• Respond to emergency gynecologic situations as needed
• Document patient care efficiently using EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with hospital team to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Cover hospital shifts approximately 15-20 shifts per month, including weekends and weekdays

What You Need
Required:

• MD or DO license with Board Certification
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• DEA registration
• 1-2 years of obstetrics/gynecology experience
• Willingness to float to other facilities in Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe, or Madison if needed

Preferred:

• Experience with routine labor management, cesarean sections, vaginal deliveries
• Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting
• Strong communication skills
